The Florida Certification Board (FCB) is the state's premier non-profit organization that protects the health, safety and welfare of Florida’s most vulnerable residents by certifying and regulating the professionals who serve them. The FCB designs, develops and manages programs for 32 health and human services professions, ensuring that they meet education, training, experience and testing criteria. FCB certifies more than 20,000 professionals statewide, including those in the child welfare, mental health and addiction fields. Recently, the FCB issued its newest credential, the Masters level Addictions Professional (MCAP). The MCAP is the most advanced board certification available in Florida for those who provide clinical services in this area. Thomas Buonomo, LMHC, MCAP has earned this as an extension of his 25+ years in the mental health field. www.flcertificationboard.org The Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI) is a cutting edge and highly respected psychological assessment.
